Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering reliable sales and forecasting of revenue targets for South East Asia countries (except for Singapore)
Lead potential oversea based sales to engage key customers on through technical discussion, presentations etc. to win deals and accelerate revenue growth
Oversee several business dealers and direct clients to create and execute distribution strategies for delegated portfolio to maximize market share.
Establish and maintain both existing and new customer relationships
Collaborate with marketing team to organize and execute strategies, campaigns, and activities to create leads for company portfolio
Key Requirements:
At least Master Degree or PhD with majoring in Medicine, Biology, Biotechnology or equivalent
Experience in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) industry
Regional channel management experience
Qualifications:
Distributors management experience
Hospital and laboratory channels experience
Familiar with SEA market
Business level in English communication
Able to work independently (this position is a first hire in Thailand)
