Position: Manager, Product Research
Salary: Up to 70,000 THB (negotiable) with good allowances and benefits.
Location: MRT SamYan
Responsibility
Explore opportunity on both new product and existing to sell on online marketplaces.
Participate in conducting ongoing market and trend research to gain a full understanding of the needs of the target consumer
Continually evaluate competitors’ businesses and the marketplace to capitalize on potential opportunities.
Research and analyze brand and product positioning, market trends, consumer insights and crystallize targeted consumer.
Communicate goals, expectations, and responsibilities surrounding the product with the CEO and team to come up with new product ideas
Apply analytical insight and sound judgment to make and influence key decision
Working closely with the teams such as supply chain, market team in manufacturer etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in product or research management
Background in product development from cosmetic / beauty business is preferred.
Experience in e-commerce marketplace within category of beauty products is ideal but not a must
Knowledge about e-commerce marketplace is good
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
