Our client is world’s leading non-woven industry, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following;
Responsibilities:
- R&D functions, including product development and process improvement.
- Create new solution and control working plan.
- Analysis market trends of past and current market behavior.
- Follow up all R&D Team's decision execution.
- Training subordinate to skill up.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and other related departments.
Qualification:
- Male or Female, Age 30 years old up.
- Bachelor's degree of Science, Engineering or higher in related fields.
- 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing of consumer goods, non-woven, baby care products will be advantage.
- Having experience in QA, R&D, New model
- Knowledge of material Chemistry and register to FDA.
- Able to good command to English and Japanese will be advantage.
