Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Team Management and coaching
  • Liaise with client and candidate on recruitment process.
  • Following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Able to identify the clients implicit needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirement and satisfaction;
  • Maintaining and expanding the client database.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by driving sales & KPI activities;
  • Developing and motivating the team to achieve sales & KPI goals;
  • Assisting team members by providing workable solutions and guidance for future reference;
  • Leading by example in terms of being a successful Recruitment Professional

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality only, male & female, obtained Bachelor’s Degree above.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HRM, marketing/sales and/or customer service area.
  • Direct experience from recruitment agency preferable.
  • Good command of English with Computer literacy.
  • Background in Management with good human relations skill
  • Having a successful track record (consistently achieving targets) would be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently and also a team player
  • Interested in sales target and result- oriented attitude
  • Pleasant and smart personality, and is self-confident with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Superb Skills in the areas of Negotiation, Presentation, Selling, Coordinating and Problem Solving.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
