Responsibilities:
- Developing new business relationships with Multinational clients across Bangkok
- Consulting hiring managers on the recruitment process and responding quickly to their needs
- Sourcing and matching the best possible talent available and generating an interest in your open positions
- Managing the full spectrum of the recruitment process from end to end
- Managing and negotiating the offer process between client and candidates
- Networking across your industry of expertise to build solid market knowledge that adds value to clients and candidates
- Act as a professional role model to Junior Recruitment consultants, support and mentor when required
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years previous Recruitment experience
- Competitive mind set and be self-motivated
- Passionate about their own career and growth prospects
- A proven track record in the Recruitment industry in the Bangkok market
- Confident to perform well under pressure
- Excellent People skills
