Our client is one of the manufacturer of food seasonings, instant foods and dehydrated vegetables for various food manufacturers in Thailand and many countries.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and control overall R&D function and new product development to be as customer requirement and company target
- To ensure that all research and development process will align with standard, rule & regulation and safety
- Analysing and solving problem that occurred within department to ensure that everything will run smoothly
- Supervise and monitor team members to work under proper process and follow rule & regulation
- To control expense to be under budget
- Providing information and advice in technical term to team, other department, customers and external parties for the same understanding and to meet company standard
- Other assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Obtained Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related.
- Experience in food manufacturing in R&D function for product of seasoning, or related products, able to create recipe as customer requirement.
- Able to work under pressure, Strong management skill
- Flexible and Service-minded
