Company Profile: Our client, a Japanese company who manufacturers of electronic part for automotive industry is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Quality Assurance.
Job Description:
- Communicate with customer, improve customer service and quality, manage and handle customers’ feedback, complaints and recommend solutions.
- Manage and handle quality issue of operation process including patrol audit
- ISO9001 and IATF system
- New product, new model documents preparation
- Supplier audit with buyer
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualification:
- Male, Age 25 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in any relate field.
- Experience in automotive electronics business with 3-5 years of QA experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Business level of English communication.
