Client business: Real Estate development and management firm
Job responsibilities:
- Practical work for technical design(proposal, plan, analyze and to do estimate)
- Improvement of design consideration based on project requirement on competitive and economical approaches.
- Preparation of drawing, giving instruction, checking, amendment etc.
- Visit and meet up with clients and/or consultant for technical issues.
- Follow up for the project on technical and BCA regulations
- Any other ad-hoc duties applied
Qualification:
- Male Thai nationality
- Age Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Civil or another field related.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experiences in structural engineering.
- Good knowledge of local construction standard and requirements
- Well verse in Microsoft Project and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal English skill
