Job Description:
You will be overall responsible for the factory operations and manufacturing activities including:
· To lead, monitor and supervise a production team to meet production plan.
· Control and enhance safety, yield rate, production efficiency and effectiveness.
· Responsible for the product quality and quality system.
· Pursue process improvement to reduce costs and/or losses via 5S, JIT, and Kaizen projects.
· Ensures operation's KPI targets are met effectively.
· Responsible for disciplinary issues with employees within areas of responsibility.
· Change, improve, and update work instructions and documented ISO procedures if necessary.
· Act as a resource to individuals within area of responsibility. This would include training or coordinating -training for employees, formal communication regarding any company updates, and general questions/ issues as they arise.
· Any other assignment or other related duties from the management team.
Qualification
· Bachelor‘s degree or higher in Textile Engineering or related fields
· Experienced in Production, Engineering, Planning & Control, Quality and at least minimum 5 years on management level.
· Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and regulatory requirement for factory operations.
· Skill in Lean manufacturing and improvement to increase productivity.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and leadership skill.
· Good communicate in English. (Mandarin also advantage)
