Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operational and budgetary aspects of the department to achieve team KPIs
- Evaluate and improve operational processes to improve recovery of service failure (speed and quality)
- Drive projects with core operations team to collectively improve key recovery/quality metrics
- Prepare, analyze and report statistics and data for management to track strategic goals
- Communicate and liaise regularly with other managers to maintain or accomplish operational quality milestones
Requirements
- More than 7 years of process improvement, operation improvement experience in logistics, freight forwarder or manufacturing industries with 3 years experience in management level
- Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual development skills
- Experience in projects management
- Good command of spoken and written English
