Responsibility:
- Develop strategies for all Marketing perspectives, Branding, Digital, Communication, Advertising, Public relation, Customer relationship management and Loyalty program
- Set up plan for Marketing department according to business objectives
- Responsible to manage marketing budget effectively
- Able to indicate brand positioning and develop marketing plan to match with target customers
- Identify marketing opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Analyze competition situation and design competitive advantage plan
- Coordinate with category and operations team to achieve the same business objectives
- Lead in relevant marketing agencies selection and being the contact point for marketing brief, approval, and implementation
- Represent the company in terms of corporate communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sciences, or related field.
- Experiences in Marketing Environmental as a leading role
- Familiar with retail and Chemical Business
- Expert in Social Medias, Fast Learning in Marketing Technology
- Proficient knowledge in marketing tools and software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
