Job Description:
- To supervise and control day to day Operation in guidance and problem solving
- To handle the Key account management of assigned customer
- To advise and give solutions on Customs issues to customer
- To cooperate with operation/customs clearance department in solving daily operational problem of assigned K/A customer and report status to customer
- To handle the Management of appointed K/A customer and co-operate with customers/overseas office and inter office
- To develop additional business from existing customer focusing of directly assigned K/A customer
- To conduct improvement implementation meeting with customer and to attend monthly or bi-monthly review meetings
- To monitor and prepare KPI analysis and assure that committed KPI’s are met to customer satisfaction
- To issue MOM from customer meeting and conduct internal improvement meeting across related departments
- To monitor, record and follow-up status of customer progress
- To monitor, record and update status to customer of HS Code master list
- To monitor, record and update status to customer of BOI Certificate validity & Stock reconsolidation
- To monitor, record and update status to customer of FTA Formula validity
- To monitor, record and update status to customer of BIS 19 Refund process
- To monitor & check freight audit process accuracy
- To monitor & check missing invoice status and liaison with A/R performance
- Following up on Track & Trace report and support data to customer
- To monitor, consolidate, check and submit report as per customer target date
- To support manager Global Key Account Management with various assignment
Qualifications:
- 5 years working experience in the same field
- At least 34 years old
- Bachelor Degree or higher in related field
- Good experience in Sea freight and Customs import/export clearance process
- Good experience in K/A management preferably in chemical industry
- Computer skills with Microsoft office
- Excellence knowledge in Customer Service and highly service minded mentality
