Job Description:
- Set up HR system together with Japanese MD
- Employee recruitment
- Payroll : Arrange payroll of employee everymonth
- Regulation: Prepare discuss and manage HR Regulation for company
- Ensure the company is in comliance with all enforcing law and regulation
- Prepare all office equipment and infrastructure necessary for daily operation
- Other assignment
