Our client is a Global famous Automotive Company, now looking for candidate who have experience in HR management to join with them.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and control compensation and benefit
- Handle and provide Performance evaluations system
- Handle Human resource policies and strategies
- Handle company new employee recruitment
- Give an advice about policies, training, benefit and other things related to Human Resource
- Resolve Human Resource related problem in Organization
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, Male or female 38 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Strong skills of HR related more than 10 years
- Have experience in compensation system and evaluation system
- Have knowledge about Safety, BOI, ISO and Thai regulation is preferred
- Can communicate very well in Japanese (JLPT is preferred)
- Good command of English
