Our Client is well-known, big and stable Japanese company who is seeking for Experienced GA&HR staff.
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor's Degree
- JLPT N3 Above TOEIC 500 Above
- 1-3 years working in GA &HR Function
- Support some general office duties
- Perform secretarial jobs to Chairman and Japanese such as airplane ticket, hotel reservation , schedule and travel insurance etc.
- Handle administrative issues related to apply visa, passport, work permit or documents forJapanese expatriates and family.
- Coordinate driver’s assignment, control office vehicles usage, toll fee, gasoline consumption
And review driver’s salary and OT.
- Facilitate and support in-house and outside training events and meeting and reports.
- Provide translation or interpretation support to Japanese executives.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Commuter 2,500 Meal 1,500
- Bonus: Up to performance
- OPD, PVD, Health Insurance
