Our client is a Japanese banking, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Japanese Speaking Assistant to MD.
Qualification:
- Thai nationality, female. Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor degree in any field related
- Experience as Admin, General Affair, Personal Assistant or any position related
- Experience in banking field is preferred
- Fluent in Japanese (Up to JLPT N2) and good command in English.
- Able to use MS office. (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Responsible, detail oriented and multitask skill
Job Description:
- New set up, small organized
- Accounting (Petty cash, savings, bookkeeping, purchase stationaries)
- Admin (Salary calculation, attendance management, Social Security, Tax return, Visa, Work permit)
- Marketing Research
- Interpreter and translator task
- Customer support

Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30-17:30
