Job Description

Our clients are global logistics service users. We provide transportation services to each port in Thailand. In this time, looking for an experienced candidate to join as Custom Officer (Import-Export Document Officer)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for import and export document.
  • PAPERLESS to use the program.
  • Have the knowledge of coordinates of goods to be banned.
  • Ability to key in both import and export.
  • Coordinate with shipping department.
  • Check shipment plan with the shipping team.
  • Collect documents and close expense accounts with shipping.
  • Manage, collect and send documents to other tasks assigned.

 Qualification:

  • Male / Female, 26-45 years old.
  • Thai Nationality.
  • Bachelor’s degree, lower and higher in any related field.
  • At least 3years’ experiences in Logistics field.
  • Must have Customs Broker Certificate.
  • Knowledge PAPERLESS will be advantage.
  • Basic to practical in English.
  • Familiar with PC Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work at Ayutthaya province.

Working hour: Mon-Fri, 08:30 -17:30, Saturday: Depend on working condition
