IT Recruitment Consultant
- Provide Mid to Management level recruitment solutions to multinational clients.
- Make regular well-planned calls and visits to existing and new clients to develop close business relationships and establish on-going recruitment needs.
- Screen resumes, interview candidates and propose potential candidates to clients.
- Coordinate between clients and candidates for the entire recruitment process.
- Support clients and candidates in the salary negotiation, conducting reference checks and performing a regular follow up with both parties.
- Keep record of applicants, clients and other related information into database.
- Meet monthly sales target.
Qualification requirements or equivalent:
- Thai nationality only.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Recruitment, HR or Sales function. (Preferable from IT industry)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Result oriented, good communications and presentation skill, can-do attitude, good team player, able to work well under pressure and deadline.
- Good command of written and spoken in English.
