Responsibilities
- Identifying training needs by working with Business Unit heads and Human capital Development colleagues
- Implementing training programs & roadmap according to training needs, plus organizing training events
- Plan, design and implement L&D team building and other people projects / activities
- Handling HR practice in Thailand and Regional, HR support and internal audits
- Involving in recruitment cycle (Management level in Thailand)
- Other Ad-hoc projects as assigned by HR manager & Director
Requirements:
- Male & Female, aged 30 - 40 years
- Good communication skills in English
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR and L&D
- Energetic, sharp thinker, proactive person
- Happy with Indian culture & style
