Qualification:
- Male or female, Thai nationality only require age 30-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in hotel management experience in managerial level
- Knowledgeable in Front Office Operations and PMS Systems.
- Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken.
- Possess professional disposition with excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Leading Property Operations Teams and oversee the operations functions of the hotel
- Ensures that all operational areas have an atmosphere that is conducive to the overall guest experience
- Makes and executes key decisions to keep property moving forward towards achievement of goals. Managing Property Operations
- Lead all key property issues including customer service and guest satisfaction.
