Our client is an international and multinational company, is looking for talented candidates to be a part of their organization to take care their Thai and International employees
- In charge of full cycle recruitment for foreigner and Thai candidates such as sourcing candidates by posting job and advertisement, screening, interview until complete hiring documents in Bangkok office and Tokyo office and etc.
- Employment and headcount plan, monitor and summarize employees’ performance, promotion
- Provide employment contract and staff file, announce warm welcome of new staff, internal training and arrange orientation
- Prepare candidates’ documents for Visa & Work Permit process (Work certification, Graduation certificate, marriage certificate, etc.) and submit to Admin
- Prepare hiring summary for BOI process
- Fluent in Japanese and English (N2 or N1)
- Experience in HR at least 2 years
- Having experience in BOI & VISA & Work permit process will be plus
- Any nationality
