Job Description:
- Arrange a good labor relations activities in the company such as Sport Activities, Happy Workplace Activities etc. to promote employee engagement
- Maintaining good relationships with employees and external communities such as social associations and government authorities.
- Should to communication with employee all channel
- Control employee follow to company Rule & Regulation and Disciplinary action when have case.
- Some general administration tasks.
Candidate Qualifications :-
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any field related.
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences in Employee Relation, Communications and General affair
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken Japanese (JLPT: N2)
