Our client, Japanese Company leading provider of IT Services & Solutions is now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as an HR Mgr. / Director
Qualification
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female
- Age between 32 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, Psychology, General Management, Law or related
- At least 5 years of experience in Management Level
- Prefer experience of organizational culture change
- Experience with Japanese Company is advantage
- Business Level in English
- Work experience at least 5 years for each company (Not job hopper)

- Full set of HR & Admin function including HRM & HRD
- Recruitment, Training & Talent Development, Employee Relation, Employee Data Management, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, General Affair
- Organizational Culture Change
- Coordinate with Head Quarter and Regional Asia Pacific
