Our client, Japanese Insurance Company is now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as a HR Manager
Qualification
- Female or Male / Age between 40-45 Years old
- Bachelors’ Degree or Higher in relate filed
- Experience 10-15 years up in Human Resources Filed
- Have an experience in HRD?
- Computer literacy especially in MS. Office (Especially Excel, Power Point)
- Good command of both written and spoken English
Job Description
- Developing and administering all human resources management and development activities
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of HR department
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives and systems
- Communicating with management team to align the HR directions and policies within the company
- Recommending new policies, approaches and procedures
- Support team in HR operations
