Our client, a Japanese Service company is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Human Resources & Admin Manager.
- Female, age 30-35 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Management or related field
- 4 years of experience in GA function
- 4 year of Accounting (preferred)
- Good knowledge of the relevant Labors laws.
- Good command of English (reading, writing , speaking)
- Good Computer literate especially in Excel.
- Good analytical, problem solving, time management skill
- Have experience working in Japanese Company is preferred.
- HR function: Recruitment, C&B, Employee relation
- Purchase Order
- Project Management all
- Control Supplier and Sub-contractor
- IT & internet
- Visa, Work Permit, 90days (for Staffs and Family)
- Support Japanese Staff (if any)
- Control Company Car & Expense fee
- Arrange documents of company
- Other tasks assigned by the chief.
- Monday-Friday 8:30-17:30
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
Working Location: Bangna K.M.6.5
