- Overall in HR & GA
- Setup Salary Structure
- Manage and implement HR System
- Implement KPI and Evaluation for training method
- Manage Compensation & Benefit for employee
- Control General affair task
- ISO and Safety management
- Manage 4 - 6 Subordinates
Qualification:
- Male or Female 40 up
- Bachelor degree in related filed
- More than 10 years of experience in HR field
- Experience in Manufacturing business would be advantage
- Understand Culture and adaptive
- Handle pressure and manage situation
- Long term career plan
- Used to Implement HR System or salary structure would be advantage
