Our client, Japanese Trading Company is now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as HR Admin Staff
Qualification
- Male or Female, Age at least 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Experiences in Payroll and Time-attendance, Recruitment, Visa and Work permit
- Able to use English for daily communication especially in writing
- Time management and well organized skill
- Service minds and team-player is required
- Able to start working immediately is advantage
Job Description
- Handle all function of Payroll management from calculate the time-attendance, Allowances, OT then check & review the documents (by manual and HR Software) until payment.
- Key-in the data of time-attendance, check OT & welfare in order to calculate the OT / Salary.
- Check & review the document of sub-contract and prepare data to accountant.
- Verify and prepare the data for banking transfer system.
- Specified The Business Plus Payroll Program ( is advance )
- Net Suite (ERP) program is advantage.
- Selection and Cooperate with the recruitment function.
- All the recruitment system and concern should be cooperate.
- VISA & Work Permit process should be cooperate.
- Take care receptionist and service sub-contract such as maid
- Arrange the GA & Admin which concern to office facility and overall.
- Core team to prepare the employees' activities (New Year, Sport Day, Company trip, Spirit house, Birth day party, Welfare Committee.)
- Service to local staffs & EXPAT
- Knowledge of HR and Admin function
