Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day office operations to ensure everything is in placed (office suppliers, administrative assistance, mails, housekeeping, gardening,maintenance services, reception, etc.)
- Handling travel management for management team
- Ensuring that company costs are well managed
- Coordinating with other parties on legal, compliance and insurance matters
Requirements:
- Male & Female, aged 30 - 40 years
- Basic knowledge in Accounting is a plus
- Good communication skills in English
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Office Management
