Responsibilities:
- Manage for Administration Department, which is including HR, GA and Accounting.
- Set up the company and factory, including set up for rules & regulations, BOI etc.
- Manage in Rules and Regulation Control, Organization / Job function / Job Description.
- Set up in Recruitment system and employment Condition.
- Mange in Labor management control and Payroll System.
Qualifications:
- Male / Female age 35 - 40 years old.
- Thai nationality only.
- Bachelor's Degree in Management/ HR or any related field
- At least 7 years’ experience in managerial position or HR & GA function with BOI knowledge.
- Good command in Japanese.
- Experience in new set up company.
- Good problem solving skill, interpersonal skill, and team working skill
- Good planning, organizing and computer literacy: MS Office, PowerPoint and Internet
