Responsibilities:
- Perform overall General Affairs/Admin activities.
- Handling and supporting for accommodate reservation including daily operational tasks.
- Supporting GA/Admin tasks with the team to handle site/office matters, such as Stationery, Driver/Messenger, Maid, Facilities related matters such as Water, Electricity, Telephone, Copy Machines and other related in GA/Admin functions.
- Assisting to general Administrative tasks such as welcoming the guests, coordinating for Internal and External activities of company including support the documentary.
- Supporting employee relations matters for manufacturing site including company.
- Taking care of Site/Office areas such as the overall site facilities and others.
- Supporting other tasks as assigned by Japanese Manager/Staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
- Minimum 0 – 5 years’ experience in GA or Admin functions.
- Experience in GA, Administration or Personal Assistant functions.
- Good level of computer literate in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Skilled in Service minded, Communication, Time management and Problem-solving.
- Good conversation level of Japanese (N3 up) is a must.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Location: Map Ta Phut, Rayong (PTT Project)
Working hours: Mon – Sat, 07:00 – 18:00 (Fixed overtime for 2 hrs.)
