Job Description

Our client is an international well-known medical device company. They are now looking for candidates to join as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Description:

  • Ensure the timely delivery of a high-quality standard of service to all customers, both internal and external
  • Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face
  • Provide support and advice to customers utilizing company's product or services
  • Update system effectively to enable accurate reporting
  • Supporting services agents, funders, clinical professionals, dealer network, sales staff and end-user to encourage the growth in company's customer data base
  • Maintain business, client and patient confidentiality and behave with integrity and honesty in all customers and client interaction
  • Assist the sales team with pricing, product availability and key product information
  • Monitor order dates and advise the necessary parties of any delays


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Business Administration or related field
  • Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age between 22-30 years old (For Junior Level)
    and 30-40 years old (For Senior Level)
  • At least 2-3 years experiences in Customer Services role for Junior level
    and 5-10 years for Senior level
  • Experience in Medical Device industry would be advantage
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in ERP/CRM system is a must (can use SAP would be advantage)
  • Good command in English both written and spoken

Working Location: Bangkok (BTS Sukhumvit Line)
