Responsibilities:

  • To lead, monitor and support CS teams in Bangkok and suburb
  • Responsible for supporting Sales team
  • Develop a proactive team according to company’s goals and targets.
  • Handle complaint management
  • Ensure efficient processing of Contracts, Care Centre, Spare parts for quotations and sales orders
  • Follow up and closed in SAP system and make sure it is up to date
  • Customer satisfaction survey
  • Month report
  • Support CS Manager in any assigned tasks.

 Requirements: 

  • Male or female, 30-35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in business administration or related experience
  • Good command of English both writing and speaking
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in front line customer service
  • 2 - 3 years experiences supervisor others
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Industrial service background is an advantage
