Responsibilities:
- To lead, monitor and support CS teams in Bangkok and suburb
- Responsible for supporting Sales team
- Develop a proactive team according to company’s goals and targets.
- Handle complaint management
- Ensure efficient processing of Contracts, Care Centre, Spare parts for quotations and sales orders
- Follow up and closed in SAP system and make sure it is up to date
- Customer satisfaction survey
- Month report
- Support CS Manager in any assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Male or female, 30-35 years old
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or related experience
- Good command of English both writing and speaking
- Minimum 5 years experiences in front line customer service
- 2 - 3 years experiences supervisor others
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Industrial service background is an advantage
