Our client is a well-known Japanese transportation company which has a successful story in Thailand market for long. They are now seeking for Customer Service (Air Import) Supervisor based at Suvannabhumi.

Responsibilities 

  • Handle overall import shipment in air cargo
  • Providing help and advice to customers on company’s products & services
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, e-mail, letter and face to face
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Investigating and solving customer’s problems, which may be complicated or long-standing problems that have been passed
  • Control advances of routine operations, especially inspection costs & other fees

Qualification Requirements:

  • Female, Thai Nationality only , age 32-37 years
  • Bachelor degree in Logistics or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience working with Forwarding agent in Air Import cargo
  • Very good English skills: Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking 
  • High responsibility and able to work flexible hours
  • High service mind and excellent in detail
  • Residence is close to BKK Airport

Location:  Suvannabhumi Airport
