Our client is an American company specialized in Cosmetic supplies, its mother companies are in both Italy and Thailand. Thailand factory is located in Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Pluakdeang, Rayong.
Responsibilities:
- Work in production line with machines for Mascara brush making
- Follow Company procedure, standard of quality requested
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.), Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) and run production
- Responsible for quality and quantity of production included hourly monitoring
- Responsible for predictive and preventive machine maintenance
- Ability to investigate the issue and implement corrective actions
- Knowledge of Quality procedure and quality mind set
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, 24 year old and above
- Diploma degree or higher in Technical areas (mechanical and electrical assembly)
- Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly
- Familiarity with the most popular computer programs
- Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 is a plus
- Able to work in shifts, (Morning, afternoon and night)
- Good English language skills (spoken, written)
Location: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Pluakdeang, Rayong
Working day: 5 days + compulsory OT on Saturday
