Our client, Japanese Company, seeking for an experienced candidate to join as an Admin Head.
Qualification
- Male or Female, age between 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, General Management, Accounting, Finance or any related field
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Admin & Accounting function with International Company
- Experience to set up system for new start up business in Thailand
- Business Level in English
Job Description
HR & Administration
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
- Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
- Preparing necessary employee documents for government department (Revenue, Labor and Social Security Departments) and ensuring that all HR activities following company regulations and Thai Labor Law
- Assisting expat staff to extend their visas and work permit
Accounting
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Logistics
- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturer, retailers and consumers
Others
- Working cooperatively with other countries to meet company goals
- Legal matters (including compliance)
- Preparing all required document to Administrative Organization to submit various tax and permission to perform continuous activities
- Preparing all necessary applications and reports for HQ
