Responsibilities
- Directs and oversees all aspects of the Accounting function of the Group
- Establishes and enforces proper Finance & Accounting policies for the Group and ensures the compliance with Thai GAAP
- Directs and actively participates in preparing the Group’s month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and reports (including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement)
- Ensures that the Group’s VAT and withholding tax be accurate and timely submitted to the Tax Authority
- Co-operates with relevant function to prepare and submit quarterly & annual audited financial statements to the regulatory bodies, i.e. SEC/SET, Ministry of Commerce, etc. on a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Male/Female with at least 40 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting with CPA
- At least 10 years in supervisory level
- Experiences in a real estate business are a must
- Possesses an effective verbal and written communication skill, both Thai and English
- Be able to coach, train and develop team members
- Excellent in computer skills (MS Office Applications) and knowledge of SAP is an advantage
