Our client, Japanese Insurance Company is now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as a Accounting staff
Qualification
- Age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelors or master’s degree
- Al least 5-10 years’ experience in Analyst, Investment, Finance, Bank.
- Prefer experience in Japanese company.
- Familiar with due diligence process.
- Mature, Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills, analytical skill and able to handle tasks under high pressure
- Good command of English both writing and speaking
Job Description
- Seek for opportunities for expend business through acquisition of companies or specific asset.
- Maintain relationship with investment banks and Financial advisors to solicit opportunities
- Develop business case for respective opportunities/Support head office.
