Requirements:

  • Experience working with air conditioning systems and refrigerant cycles.
  • Experience in VRF (indoor/outdoor) system design.
  • Deep understanding of air conditioning systems and refrigerant cycles.

     

  • Proficiency in checking engineering drawings.
  • Ability to collect necessary information and execute tasks independently.
  • Desire to grow, mentor, guide, and support subordinates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and organizational management abilities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Design the refrigerant cycle of multi air-con for buildings (VRF indoor unit & outdoor unit).
  • Take overall responsibility for the design of the refrigerant cycle of multi air-con for buildings (VRF indoor unit & outdoor unit), including managing the project's overall scope.
  • Define feasible product specifications based on product requirements (e.g., target capacity and performance, operational temperature range, size, etc.).
  • Identify design issues and risks and develop a strategic risk mitigation plan.
  • Design the refrigerant circuit (including circuit structure and appropriate refrigerant charge quantity).
  • Design (e.g., Compressor, heat exchanger, Solenoid valve, Capillary, etc.) and select (test performance and suitability) refrigerant cycle parts.
  • Prepare product drawings and adjust specifications with part vendors.
  • Conduct prototype part testing and verification, analyze test results, and provide feedback on problematic areas.
  • Manage the overall progress of the refrigerant cycle design project, adjust schedules, and manage the budget.
  • Coordinate the overall project, including liaising and collaborating with multiple departments.
  • Set design policies and execute strategic operations.
  • Evaluate the team's overall performance, develop personnel, and promote the improvement of work procedures.
  • Prepare design documents, technical reports, and management-related reports (primarily using English).
