Position: Supply Chain Manager
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a summary report of the production planning department's KPIs, including root cause analysis and the establishment of preventive and corrective measures. 
- Review the department's strategy to use as a basis for setting goals and evaluating the department's performance outcomes. 
- Analyze the results of strategic implementation and propose short-term and long-term preventive/corrective measures to management for consideration and execution by subordinates. 
- Examine reports on production capacity and raw material assessments to ensure timely product delivery. 
- Analyze production plans and procurement of raw materials and related supplies to align with sales volumes. 
- Monitor and control production activities to adhere to the plan or delivery schedule. 
- Track daily production results to evaluate task success and coordinate with related departments to adjust production plans accordingly. 
- Review progress reports on export and pending orders to drive goal achievement. 
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors. 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree - or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field. 
- At least 10 years of experience in production planning, control, and monitoring. 
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); ability to communicate in Korean is an advantage. 
- Experience in the electronics/semiconductor industry will be considered an asset. 
- Proficiency in SAP or related production planning systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications.y to communicate in Korean is an advantage.
