This position could be located in the Bangna area or offered as a work-from-home opportunity.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and secure suppliers while cultivating enduring relationships with both new and existing ones.
- Solicit price quotations from various suppliers.
- Negotiate terms related to price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Evaluate suppliers to ensure adherence to company’s code of ethics and compliance standards.
- Create comparisons of quotes and participating in the internal supplier selection process based on the quotes.
- Anticipate domestic travel within Thailand as part of job expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Previous experience in product sourcing directly from factories or in a sales role within a similar industry.
- Experience in dealing with FMCG items.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing processes.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing methodologies.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
