In this position, will provide excellent customer services and maintain strong relations with customers, manufacturers, and sales representatives. Moreover, must be a positive, energetic leader who can work in a collaborative environment.

Service Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee all services job to deliver the best quality services to customers.
  • Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales target, revenue and expense controls.
  • Delegate direct service tasks, monitor the progress of all current jobs and pending enquiries.
  • Deliver excellent customer services by offering knowledge, advice, problems solving and other concerns.
  • Provide necessary information for all services and product knowledge and work process matters for both subordinates and customers.
  • Document management to process new orders and gathering related documents after services for invoicing.
  • Communicate and maintain good relations with manufacturing representatives.
  • Monitor subordinates’ work and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve customers satisfaction.
  • Provide training for new subordinates following to work procedures, manual and safety regulations.
  • Stay up to date on industry standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company.
  • Continually develop knowledge of products/services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible solutions for customers.
  • Provide feedback and recommendation to further improve business operations.

Service Manager Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related.
  • A dynamic leader with a proven track record in customer service.
  • Self-motivated, can work under pressure of due date.
  • Team building and safety mind.
  • Problem-solving oriented and analytical thinking.
  • A structured working method, assertiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent English language capability.
  • Strong customer service and salesmanship skill.
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
