- Oversee all services job to deliver the best quality services to customers.
- Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales target, revenue and expense controls.
- Delegate direct service tasks, monitor the progress of all current jobs and pending enquiries.
- Deliver excellent customer services by offering knowledge, advice, problems solving and other concerns.
- Provide necessary information for all services and product knowledge and work process matters for both subordinates and customers.
- Document management to process new orders and gathering related documents after services for invoicing.
- Communicate and maintain good relations with manufacturing representatives.
- Monitor subordinates’ work and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve customers satisfaction.
- Provide training for new subordinates following to work procedures, manual and safety regulations.
- Stay up to date on industry standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company.
- Continually develop knowledge of products/services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible solutions for customers.
- Provide feedback and recommendation to further improve business operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related.
- A dynamic leader with a proven track record in customer service.
- Self-motivated, can work under pressure of due date.

- A structured working method, assertiveness, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills both verbal and written.
