We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager ready to take on a challenging role in leading digital financial service and banking. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on international environment. You’ll be instrumental in delivering high-impact digital solutions, supporting system integration, and enhancing user experience across digital channels.
Responsibilities
• Coordinating and managing end-to-end project implementation plans, reporting directly to the Program Manager.
• Analyzing business needs and defining detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitating project meetings, strategic workshops, and steering committees.
• Communicating with vendors for quotations and service coordination.
• Collaborating with technical leads and architects to propose appropriate solutions, especially in the areas of API, EDI, and system integration.
• Leading testing phases, including first-level testing, UAT, and Non-Regression Testing.
• Supporting post-go-live operations until system stabilization.
• Writing clear project documentation, user guides, and organizing user training sessions.
• Ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies and contributing to strategic governance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in software, internet, or mobile application development projects.
• Proven experience in API integration, EDI, or data movement.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking products and technical environments.
• Technical proficiency: ability to run SQL queries, understand Java code, read technical logs, and discuss system architecture with development teams.
• Familiarity with API technologies (REST, SOAP, XML) and Core Banking systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies.
• Willingness to work in an international, multicultural environment and travel as required.
