Location: North East, Thailand
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
Develop sales and marketing strategies to boost performance.
Analyze market trends and customer data to support sales direction.
Set clear work guidelines and monitor team effectiveness.
Support the team in solving problems and closing deals.
Retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
Prepare monthly sales reports for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales and team supervision.
Experience in TT/MT channels is required.
Background in construction materials or hardware is a plus.
Able to travel upcountry; knowledge of Northeastern region is a plus.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Service-minded, good interpersonal skills, and problem-solving ability.
Detail-oriented and adaptable.
Own a car and a valid driver’s license.
