Job description:
- Reactivate and maintain a good relationship with focusing existing partners and B2B market.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Manage a report and data gathering for the update to hit productivity and sales goals, control costs and the budget per unit.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Have a strong knowledge in sales experience and familiar in the factory automation systems or other related industries over 6-8 years.
- Have a leadership and team management ability. If the candidate has worked as a management level is very advantage.
- Business level of Japanese (JLPT N2+) and moderate in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
