POSITION: SALES & OPERATION MANAGER

SALARY: 100,000 – 150,000 THB
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Operations Manager to lead our Construction Machinery Business in Bangkok. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong sales-oriented personality and a proven background in construction machinery and equipment, including both rental and sales operations. The Sales & Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Bangkok office, driving business expansion, overseeing team performance, and analyzing financial strategies to ensure sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Management & Strategy: Oversee the daily operations of the Bangkok office, managing the business to achieve strategic goals. Analyze financial performance and market trends to develop and implement effective business expansion strategies.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and manage a team of approximately 30 staff, primarily focusing on the Sales team, with potential oversight of Accounting and Administration functions based on skill set. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure effective team management.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive sales initiatives and actively work to expand the company's business presence and market share within the construction machinery sector.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor and analyze the financial situation of the Bangkok office, identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements.
- Reporting: Report directly to the Japan Headquarters, providing regular updates on operational performance, strategic initiatives, and market conditions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience at a management level within a Construction Equipment/Machinery company, with exposure to both rental and sales operations (e.g., companies like Kubota, Yanmar, or similar local/international players).
- Demonstrated "sales personality" with strong business acumen and a results-driven approach.
- Solid experience in managing business operations, including team leadership, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of approximately 30 staff members.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Thai and English, with the ability to report effectively to international headquarters (Japan HQ).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
