Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Testing Strategies: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies and processes for innovation initiatives, prioritizing quality, performance, and reliability.
- Test Planning and Execution: Lead the design, execution, and analysis of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software projects, ensuring thorough coverage and accurate identification of defects.
- Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and designers, to seamlessly integrate QA processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Automation and Integration Strategies: Develop and implement strategies for test automation, performance testing, and continuous integration, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost management.
- Mentorship: Mentor and support QA team members, promoting their professional development and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering or a related role, with a strong focus on software testing and quality assurance.
- Proven experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software systems.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools such as Robot, Selenium, Appium, or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex software quality issues.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team of QA engineers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with continuous build and integration.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming techniques.
- Experience in using technology/tools such as JMeter, Postman, etc.
- Experience in Stress Testing, Load Testing, or other business quality testing.
