Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and finished products.
- Develop and implement quality control plans, including sampling procedures and inspection protocols.
- Analyze test results and identify trends or areas for improvement in the quality control process.
- Train and develop quality control personnel in inspection techniques, equipment usage, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
- Report quality control metrics and trends to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality control, or manufacturing (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality control supervisor role or similar role.
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese communication (JLPT N3-N2)
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or lean manufacturing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
