QA Supervisor (Amatanakorn)

Position:                                  QA Supervisor (Amatanakorn)
Salary:                                     30,000 – 40,000 THB / Month

Responsibilities:

• Handled customer complaint, customer claim including warranty claim and customer representative for quality issue, be a part of APQP team for handling new part, engineering change and process change.
• Quality problem analysis for find out root cause by applying QC tool to ensure no recurrence complaint issue.
• Handled for quality issue both in process defect and supplier defect.
• Took care customer audit and IATF 16949 audit and being internal auditor for internal audit activity.
• Being the host of quality problem solving analysis.
• Supported customer activity.
• Involved FMEA review with new model team, including document submission of PPAP, Process Flow Chart, Control Plan and MSA.

Qualifications:

• Male/ Female, age over 30 years old.    
• Bachelor's degree of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any in Engineering fields.
• At least 5 years in QA with Automotive industry, able to deal directly with OEM customers.
• Good command in English, holds TOEIC over 550+ would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.
• Able to work under pressure.
