QA/QC Manager

Job Title:          QA/QC Manager

Business Type: Manufacturing for Metal coating products especially automotive parts like, Front Frill, Outer Handle, Door Mirror, Lamp Bezel, Main Door, Panel, Water Faucet Lever Parts.

Location:          Gateway City Industrial Estate, Chachoengsao

Job Type:          Full-time, Monday-Friday, Alternative Saturday

                         (8:30 - 17:30)
                         no night shift / 270 days working / year  
 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Manage and maintain compliance with IATF16949 standards, including system operation and continuous improvement.
• Lead quality management and guarantee-related tasks.
• Act as QMR (Quality Management Representative) for the company.
• Prepare and manage documentation and reports in English.
• Supervise and develop subordinates, ensuring effective communication and team management.
• Manage around 10 staffs        
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in related fields
• English: able to communication with Japanese management team
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with IATF16949, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience.
• Proven experience as a QMR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong personality and resilience (important due to challenges with the predecessor’s management style).
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage and motivate subordinates.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with confidence.
